Nikki has been part of the Kokoda Youth Foundation journey since its beginnings in 2004 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2023. A passionate advocate for the Foundation, she is dedicated to transforming the lives of young Australians through the enduring values of Kokoda.
With a successful career spanning leadership roles in professional sport, Nikki has worked with major sporting organisations to strengthen member support and drive meaningful community engagement. She now serves as Head of Participation at Netball Australia, where she leads initiatives to grow the game and inspire the next generation of players.
