With over eight years’ experience in the NDIS and community care sector, Hayley’s approach is shaped by her firsthand experience in supporting individuals and families. As a strong advocate against sexual violence, Hayley is dedicated to creating spaces where young people can have honest conversations about consent, respect, and safety, without shame or stigma. She is also deeply passionate about youth development, and believes in the importance of building confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose in the next generation.
Hayley brings extensive knowledge and experience in administration from within the community sector and is a strong asset to the KYF team.
