Sue Chapman is a values-driven leader with more than 15 years’ experience across early childhood, young parenting programs, child protection and the not-for-profit sector. She brings to the Board a deep commitment to supporting children, young people and families, particularly those experiencing complex challenges.
Sue’s background spans senior leadership, compliance, policy, organisational change, safeguarding and strategic planning. She has led government-funded programs, supported strong team cultures and contributed to sector knowledge through training, conference presentations and program development.
She is passionate about ensuring young people have a genuine voice in decisions that affect their lives. Her specialist knowledge in safeguarding, child protection and developmental trauma brings valuable insight to the Board’s work and supports thoughtful, community-focused governance.
